Welcome to HBDragons. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HBDragons website and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use HBDragons.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on HBDragons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or on-site notification.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use HBDragons:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from HBDragons for violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. HBDragons is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use and Platform Rules

You agree to use HBDragons in a manner consistent with its intended purpose: facilitating genuine connections between individuals seeking meaningful relationships. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the Platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HBDragons:

• Harassment, stalking, bullying, or intimidation of other users.
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information.
• Soliciting money or financial information from other users.
• Engaging in any illegal activity, including human trafficking or exploitation.
• Distributing spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of HBDragons or any third party.
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform.

6. Content Rights and License

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to HBDragons, including photos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant HBDragons a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You may remove your User Content at any time by deleting it from your profile or by closing your account.

All intellectual property on the Platform-including logos, design, software, and proprietary content-remains the exclusive property of HBDragons and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

HBDragons offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require payment of applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize HBDragons to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• HBDragons reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

8. Moderation and Account Termination

HBDragons reserves the right to monitor user activity for compliance with these Terms. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Users whose accounts are terminated for violations forfeit any unused premium subscription time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HBDragons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Interactions or communications with other users.
• Unauthorized access to your personal data.
• Service interruptions, errors, or data loss.
• Any conduct of third parties on the Platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to HBDragons in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HBDragons, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
